We want you to be fully satisfied with your custom product. Each item is uniquely made, and we understand that each is also made by your vision. Should you encounter the need for a return, we are here to help!
Our Return and Refund policy:
- Product may be returned 30 days from shipping date.
- If you change your mind on your purchase, no problem! We ask that you ship the item back to us to receive a full refund. Any items being returned must be in their original condition. This means the product cannot be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or used in any way. Please contact us before sending an item back that you think may be damaged or defective. If you believe you have received items that are either damaged or defective, please retain all shipping materials (all boxes and packing materials) and contact us right away. When you receive your order, please look at the box before opening it, if there are any dents or holes in the box and you think the contents are probably damaged or the contents are rattling, open the box and inspect the merchandise as soon as possible. All damaged items need to be reported with in 2-3 days from when you receive it. We apologize for any damages that may occur to your items in shipping, we do inspect the merchandise before shipping it and we pack it with the utmost care.
- The product will be replaced due to the following:
- Wood defect
- Arrives damaged
- Wrong product
- Incorrect measurements

- Please allow 2-4 weeks for the return process from the time your return is received, depending on the return reason.
- If you need to cancel your order for any reason, it is best to email this request, but please note, that your request will be processed in the order it is received, and in some cases, orders may ship before an emailed request is processed. Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not already been shipped. There is no fee to cancel an order.
