In taking on many wood projects over the years, I found that I had some skill with it and developed a desire to do more woodworking. After building my first end table, I found it very satisfying. Eventually, I built my first nightstand caddy, and in 2020 I decided to launch Riggen’s Custom Wood Craft based on that piece! To this day, it is still my favorite. My passions have driven me to learn about all the different wood species and it has been a great learning experience. Now I enjoy building different pieces for people’s homes and I look forward to building something special for you!

For example, with The Pistol Stand, I start with a consultation for wood and coloring preference and of course, pistol measurements. Then, I will send you design options, and we'll work together to finalize a design you love. Then, I get to building!
